Transportation Services Agreement
Services: 1.1 Transporter agrees to provide transportation services utilizing the Hyundai H100 light commercial vehicle. 1.2 Services may include but are not limited to the delivery of goods, logistics support, and cargo transportation within the agreed-upon geographic area. Responsibilities: 2.1 Transporter is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods using the Hyundai H100. 2.2 Transporter must maintain the vehicle in good working condition, including regular maintenance and inspections. 2.3 Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the type, quantity, and destination of goods to be transported. 2.4 Client must ensure that goods are appropriately packaged and prepared for transportation. Transportation Details: 3.1 The parties agree upon the routes, delivery schedules, and any special instructions for transportation. 3.2 Transporter shall notify Client promptly of any changes to the agreed-upon transportation details. 3.3 Client may request additional services or changes to the transportation details, subject to mutual agreement and any applicable additional charges. Insurance and Liability: 4.1 Transporter shall carry appropriate insurance coverage for the Hyundai H100 and cargo being transported. 4.2 Transporter shall be liable for damages or losses incurred during transportation, except in cases of force majeure or client negligence. 4.3 Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Transporter from any claims arising from the transportation services, except in cases of transporter negligence. Payment Terms: 5.1 Payment terms, rates, invoicing procedures, and payment deadlines shall be as agreed upon by the parties. 5.2 Client shall pay all invoices in full within [Number] days of receipt. 5.3 Additional charges for services such as waiting time, extra mileage, or special handling shall be specified in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
