List of requirements: City Deep to Richards Bay On Company 1. Company Profile. 2. Company Registration Status (Cipro Certificate). 3. Tax Compliance Status. 4. Notice of registration - VAT and SARS Certificate. 5. Good In Transit (GIT) Insurance Certificate, minimum of R2 million. 6. Notification of approval - Remover of Goods in Bond - Certificate to transport bonded cargo (SARS). 7. Bank letter with banking details, no older than 3 months. 8. Certified ID copy for the owner/member/director representing the company. 9. Certified copy of certificate of registration. for the trucks (copies of  trucks and Trailers COF). 10. Certified  copy of ID document of owner/members. On Vehicle/Truck 1. Flat deck TRI Axle trucks not older than 2014 (truck manufactured in 2014 or later). 2. Certified copy of license discs. 3. Vehicles/trucks registered under the contractor's company name on e-natis. 4. Truck/vehicle registered to carry dangerous  goods (certificate to carry/transport dangerous goods, if available). 5. Pictures of the Horses  and Trailers. On Driver 1. South African ID and drivers license. 2. Certified ID copy. 3. Certified licence copy. 4. Certified copy of proof of residence. 5. Fingerprints from SAPS (to be done at the Department of Justice as it is much quicker to do police clearance there). 6. Affidavit by the driver stating that he/she has no criminal record or pending case. 7. Mandatory  2 weeks training period for drivers with no experience with container deliveries. Eastern Cape road projects planned
